Truth is Hard, Propaganda is Cheap

Mistakes and falsehoods such as those we encounter throughout the RaGa’s speeches, each one seemingly trivial, cannot be dismissed as the results of a moment's inattention. Much effort has gone into the scripting of his speeches, and factual errors, which take up so much of the text, are clearly the result of conscious misrepresentation and twisting of reputable facts.

RaGa and 20 political parties are attempting to clobber together an opportunistic jamboree with his party through a Common Minimum Programme instead of any formal pre-poll alliance. If this jamboree really care about India, then in their political diatribe on the ruling political party and its leadership through supporting an illegal and fanatical use of disinformation, untruths, misinformation by concocting lies and permitting distortions in order to incite an anti-NaMo hatred that will embolden and activate further terrorist attacks is beyond measure a contradiction of normative Indian political ethics.

The jamboree and its ‘hallucinating Prince’ cannot continue to assert their association with democracy and constitution, when they so openly espouse the cause of Pakistan that embraces secession and seizure of Kashmir as a solution to terror attacks.

The jamboree is a shrinking political denomination mainly active to protect their family legacies in politics without any national perspective or consequence. Although the jamboree includes many former Union Ministers and incumbent Chief Ministers, it is, however, best known today as the group of 21 prime ministerial aspirants without individual capacity or calibre to form or steer a national government. This congregation stands out as a group of scared, miserable, desperate and corrupt individuals different from the UPA which was a group of parties.

As if this were not enough, RaGa sits on an inheritance of corruption (e.g. AJL-NH case, Augasta Westland, Bofors) and demolition of institutions (e.g. PMO, the highest institution) besides harbouring deep nepotistic beliefs (e.g. inherits Grandfather’s family name but not the religion of his grandfather, bro-in-law, sister catapulted straight as Party GS). He asks the Prime Minister to provide proof of air-strikes but has the cheek and audacity to allege corruption without any proof. “Everyone is entitled to his own opinion, but not to his own facts.” Name of someone’s mother is a fact. Father’s name is a matter of statement which can also cry for proof.

RaGa has his own fan-following. Lies sound like facts to his fans who have been conditioned to mis-recognize the truth. Would his fans ever understand, “Truth can come to liberate, but not the truth you were taught; where you always sought refuge. You only met lies since you were born. You were always among the good, although humanity was evil itself. Will that ever make some sense? None at all. Ideally, nothing.”

Nothing is sweeter and addictive than power, the unlucky soul this demon possesses, if he is not sacrificed on its altar will sacrifice others himself to get it.” RaGa appears to commemorate India's suffering at the hands of his ancestry:

"We divided India, we created Kashmir problem, and we got thousands of Sikhs and Tamils killed, and we never batted an eye... We have supported state terrorism against the Hindus by falsifying prosecution and snuffed out the voice and human rights of any dissenting voice through imposing internal emergency using the route of presidential ordinance, and now we are indignant because the stuff we have done is now brought right back in our own face.

Dynasty's chickens are coming home to roost.
